Smoke Daddy BBQ Meatloaf

Yield – 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions 1/4 inch x 1/4 inch
  • 1/2 beaten egg
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cup Smoke Daddy Original barbecue sauce (or other sauce you like) + another 1/2 for after initial baking/cooking

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf  (freehand in loaf shape on sheet tray).
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 for 0.75 hour
  3. Remove from oven, brush with another 1/2 cup of Smoke Daddy Original barbecue sauce.
  4. Place back in oven and cook for 15 more minutes to glaze the meatloaf
