Ingredients
- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 c vegetable shortening or butter, melted
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Combine flour, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk.
- Dip chicken drumsticks into shortening / butter; roll in flour mixture to coat. Arrange in an ungreased or foil-lined baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, until done, about 50 minutes. Yields: 6 drumsticks.
