Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 Box yellow cake
  • 1 Box Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 eggs

Fosting

  • 1 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bundt pan. Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool on rack for 10 - 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
  3. Mix frosting ingredients throughly and drizzle over cake
