2 eggs whites, beaten stiff
½ C chopped pecans or English walnuts
1 pinch Salt
¾ C sugar
¾ C chocolate chips
Beat egg whites until stiff
Gradually add sugar, pecans, salt & chocolate chips by hand.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet covered with heavy brown paper.
Put in 325 degree preheated oven.
Close door. Turn off oven.
Do not open oven until next morning.
