Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
- Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large mixing bowl
- Microwave milk, water, and butter (cut up into small chunks) for 1.5 minutes. Should be able to put your finger in it for 10 secs
- Pour liquid into mixing bowl, stir until all flour is absorbed. Gradually add flour until the dough is not sticking to your hands too much
- Let rest for 10 minutes covered. Spray 9" x 5" pan with cooking spray. Roll creases out of dough before placing it in the pan
- Cover and let rest in warm place for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from pan and let rest for at least 15 minutes on a wire rack
