Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 sq. bitter chocolate
  • Stick butter
  • 1 Can Evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions

  1. In heavy pan, melt chocolate with butter. Add milk, sugar, and salt.
  2. Cook 20 minutes or until sugar is completely melted.
  3. Allow to cool 15-20 minute. Add Vanilla.
