Ingredients
- 250 g good pasta
- 200 g brick of feta sheep's milk cheese
- 3-4 peeled garlic cloves cut in half
- 1 deciliter olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper chili flakes
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes
- pepper
- basil leaves
Directions
- Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the large baking dish. Put the whole feta in dish. Arrange tomatoes and garlic around the feta. Drizzle with more olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, black pepper. No salt here as feta is salty.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 400F degrees for 40 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water
- Add 1/4 cup of pasta water to dish and add pasta. Stir pasta until incorporated.
