Avocado Dip / Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh avocado, pitted and out of the skin
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon grated onion
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. You may have to stop the blender and scrape the sides, a couple of times until you get a smooth consistency. Taste and adjust for seasonings, if needed. Serve chilled.
