- 3 cups quinoa
- 1 package crumbled feta
- Kalamata olives
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Banana peppers - mild
- Drizzling of olive oil
- Lime juice
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook quinoa.
- Combine all ingredients. Not too much olive oil because the olives and sun dried tomatoes have a lot in them already
